  3. Order Confirmation – An order is confirmed only after payment validation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability. Incase of stock unavailability, the customer will be notified within 5 working days and full refund will be provided to the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Partners – We use third-party logistics providers; delivery timelines are estimates only.

  2. Address Accuracy – Ensure correct shipping details; we are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  3. International Shipping – Currently, we serve Indian customers only.

4. Returns & Refunds

  1. Refund Policy – Governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

  2. Return Shipping Costs – Customer bears return shipping charges unless the product is damaged/defective.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
