Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which 110deals.com (“we,” “us,” “our”), a subsidiary of 110 IDEAS (a proprietary firm owned by Shabbir A Pittalwala, based in Dombivli, Maharashtra, India), processes refunds and returns for products purchased by Indian consumers.

By placing an order on 110deals.com, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from making purchases.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept refunds and returns under the following conditions:

A. 100% Refund (Only for Damaged/Defective Products)
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The customer provides clear, unedited video evidence of package unboxing showing the damage.

  • The request is raised within 5 days of delivery.

B. 50% Refund (For All Other Returns)
  • The customer is unsatisfied with the product (no questions asked).

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The request is raised within 5 days of delivery.

C. Non-Refundable Items
  • Perishable goods

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


2. Refund Process

  1. Raise a Request – Contact us at support@110deals.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Video proof (for damaged goods)

  2. Approval & Return Instructions – We will verify and provide return shipping details (if applicable).

  3. Return Shipment – Customer bears return shipping costs (deducted from refund).

  4. Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.


3. Deductions Applicable

  • Shipping charges (both original & return) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For 50% refunds, the remaining amount will be adjusted accordingly.


4. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.

  • The return request is made after 5 days of delivery.

  • No valid video proof is provided for damaged goods claims.

  • The product falls under non-refundable categories.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur processing fees.


6. Dispute Resolution & Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be subject to Dombivli, Maharashtra jurisdiction.


7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by Indian consumer laws, including:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872

  • E-Commerce Rules, 2020

Any legal disputes shall be settled in courts in Dombivli, Maharashtra.
